- Cook hash brown patties: Place frozen patties in a single layer in the basket without overlapping. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400°F until crispy and golden.
- Cook shredded hash browns: Arrange shredded potatoes in a thin, even layer in the basket. Avoid overcrowding to promote even cooking. Generously spray the potatoes with olive oil spray and season with salt and black pepper.
- Air fry shredded hash browns: Cook at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping gently every 5 minutes for even browning. Check at 15 minutes to prevent burning and adjust time if needed.
