  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (50g)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the mashed potato, cheese, and green onions.
  2. Form the balls: Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls, then place on a parchment-lined baking tin.
  3. Prepare the breading: Beat the eggs in one bowl, place the flour in another, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  4. Coat the balls: Dip each mashed potato ball into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
