Zucchini Chips:

Instructions
- Slice Zucchini: Slice zucchini into ⅛-inch rounds, using a mandoline for best results. Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
- Season Zucchini: In a small bowl, toss zucchini rounds with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the rack. Cook for 5 minutes, shake, cook for an additional 5 minutes, shake again, and cook for 2 more minutes until golden brown and crispy.
