  • 1 Camembert round (About 250g)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (Peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Runny honey
  • 2 tsp Fresh thyme (Leaves only)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180℃ fan/200℃/400F Gas Mark 6.
  2. Prepare the cheese: Open the camembert box, remove the wrapper, score the cheese, and insert sliced garlic.
  3. Add toppings: Drizzle honey, thyme, and salt over the cheese.
  4. Bake: Place the cheese in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden and soft.
  5. Serve: Serve the baked camembert immediately.
