Instructions

- Melt Butter: In a large pot or saucepan over medium heat, melt 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter completely, ensuring it doesn’t brown.

- Melt Marshmallows: Add 16 ounces of mini marshmallows to the melted butter and continuously stir until they are completely melted and smooth without any clumps remaining.
- Incorporate Cereal and Cookies: Pour in 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal along with 1/2 cup crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is evenly combined with no dry cereal visible.
- Transfer to Pan: Remove from heat and immediately transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
