- 1 + 3/4 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 2 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
Mix-Ins:
- 1.5 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup chives, finely diced
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups Italian chicken sausage, cooked and removed from casing
- 1.5 cups feta cheese
- 1.5 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and eggs. In another bowl, combine flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Ingredients: Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well. Add mix-ins (vegetables, herbs, meat, 1 cup of cheese, and ham) and mix until fully combined.
- Shape Biscuits: Divide the dough into 12 disks, place on baking tray, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Bake at 400F for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
