Instructions
- Prepare pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan using cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, stir together the water, egg, and the entire Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix until the batter is just moistened and well combined. Then, gently fold in the poppy seeds that come enclosed in the muffin mix package.
- Add cherry filling: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Using a knife, swirl the cherry pie filling throughout the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake the bread: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. Then, gently loosen the edges and remove the bread from the pan. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Store leftovers in a tightly covered container to maintain freshness.

- If you don’t have cherry pie filling, canned pie filling from other brands can be used as a substitute.
