Instructions

  2. Sauté vegetables: In a fry pan, sauté celery, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken stock, and sautéed vegetables. Add the rice gradually, ensuring it mixes well.
  4. Assemble the casserole: Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 11 baking dish. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
