  • 12 tablespoons chili crisp

Instructions

  1. Sauté Mushrooms and Garlic: Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and sauté until they become softened and flavorful, about 5-7 minutes. Add the grated garlic in the last 1-2 minutes of sautéing to release its aroma without burning.
  2. Simmer Wontons: Add the frozen wontons directly to the skillet along with 1 to 2 cups of chicken broth (depending on how soupy you’d like it) and 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until the wontons are thoroughly heated and cooked through.
