Saltine Crackers:
- 2–3 sleeves saltine crackers
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup brown sugar
White Chocolate Topping:
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Prepare Saltines: Arrange saltines in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar: Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Make Caramel Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar, and cook until dissolved and bubbling.
- Coat Saltines: Pour caramel sauce over saltines and bake until bubbly.
- Add White Chocolate: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot crackers, allow to melt, then spread into an even layer.
- Finish with Cinnamon Sugar: Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the melted chocolate.
- Cool and Break: Let the candy cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Store: Keep in an airtight container.
