- 10–12 slices of toast bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
- powdered sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking (more if necessary)

Instructions
- Cinnamon Filling: In a small bowl, combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth.
- French Toast Roll Ups: Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin. Spread cinnamon filling on each slice. Roll up bread tightly around the filling.
- Heat butter in a pan. Dip rolls in egg mixture and cook until browned on all sides.
- Roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture or dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
