Description

This refreshing Coconut Cooler is a perfect drink for hot summer days, combining the tropical flavors of coconut milk and coconut water with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups (800ml) light coconut milk
  • 5 cups (1040ml) coconut water
  • Maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut sugar, or date sugar, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp coconut flavoring
  • Optional: Coconut Rum, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together the light coconut milk, coconut water, and sugar of your choice with a whisk until fully dissolved. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Start with 1/2 cup of sugar and adjust from there.
  2. If using, stir in the coconut flavoring and/or coconut rum.
  3. Keep the Coconut Cooler in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
