- 3 1/2 cups (800ml) light coconut milk
- 5 cups (1040ml) coconut water
- Maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut sugar, or date sugar, to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp coconut flavoring
- Optional: Coconut Rum, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, mix together the light coconut milk, coconut water, and sugar of your choice with a whisk until fully dissolved. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Start with 1/2 cup of sugar and adjust from there.
- If using, stir in the coconut flavoring and/or coconut rum.
- Keep the Coconut Cooler in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
