Crescent Roll Dough:
- 3 rolls crescent roll dough
Cream Cheese Pumpkin Filling:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Toppings:
- Orange Royal icing
- Fall Leaf Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Add in pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon sugar, and white sugar.
- Add in 1 egg and mix until well combined.
- Open crescent rolls and fill each with the pumpkin cream cheese mixture.
- Place filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then drizzle with orange icing and sprinkle fall leaf sprinkles on top.
In a bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
Mix well.
Start at the wide end of the crescent roll, add filling, and roll up, pinching the edges.
