- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream

Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: Heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and dredge each piece in flour.
- Cook the Chicken: Fry the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
