  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the Skillet: Heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and dredge each piece in flour.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Fry the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
