  • 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Optional:

  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
