Pasta:

Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken slices seasoned with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
