  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken slices seasoned with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic. Lower heat and add ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
