Instructions

  4. Finish the Dish: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, cooked sausage, and baby spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked penne to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
