  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 12 tablespoons chives, chopped small

  • Black pepper, few turns of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the Egg SaladChop the hard-boiled eggs and combine with mayonnaise, sriracha, chives, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
