Instructions
- Prepare the oil and avocado: In a deep skillet, pour about 1 inch of vegetable oil and heat it to 350°F (175°C). While the oil heats, slice the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and then cut each half into wedges.

- Bread the avocado wedges: Dip each avocado wedge first in the flour ensuring an even coating, then dunk it into the egg wash, and finally coat thoroughly with the seasoned panko mixture.
- Fry the avocado wedges: Carefully place 4 to 6 breaded avocado wedges into the hot oil. Fry for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning as needed to brown evenly.
