- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Fill the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon a teaspoon of the sausage mixture onto the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal.
- Assemble: Repeat filling the remaining wrappers. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Lightly brush the wontons with olive oil or butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
