  • 4 cups Cheez-Its
  • 4 cups corn Chex Mix

  • 3 cups salt & vinegar kettle chips
  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup raw almonds

Seasoning Mix

  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oven and Mix Dry Ingredients: Arrange racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 250°F. In a large bowl, combine Cheez-Its, corn Chex Mix, rice Chex Mix, salt & vinegar kettle chips, oyster crackers, pretzel sticks, and raw almonds until well mixed.
  2. Make Seasoning Blend: In a medium bowl, whisk together pickle juice, melted unsalted butter, dried dill, garlic powder, kosher salt, mustard powder, and crushed red pepper flakes until thoroughly combined.
  3. Coat the Mix: Pour the pickle juice seasoning mixture over the large bowl with the snack mix. Toss everything together to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the flavorful blend.
  4. Bake the Mix: Spread the coated snack mix evenly between two baking sheets. Place the sheets on the prepared oven racks. Bake for about 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes and rotating the baking sheets top to bottom halfway through to ensure even toasting and flavor melding.
