- 3 cups seedless watermelon, rind removed & chopped into chunks
- 1 (7 oz) container of Greek Yogurt
- Honey, to taste, if needed
Instructions
- Blend Watermelon and Yogurt: Combine the chunks of seedless watermelon and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add honey if too tart, then blend again.
- Fill Molds: Place silicone trays on a baking sheet. Pour watermelon mixture into molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze: Freeze for several hours until solid. Transfer treats to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
