For the Topping:
- 120 grams Marshmallow Fluff
- 100 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Cookie Dough: Grind gluten-free graham crackers and combine with flour, cornstarch, milk powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: Mix room temperature butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Incorporate egg, egg yolk, and vanilla into the butter mixture.
- Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, ensuring thorough mixing.
- Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the dough for 20-30 minutes.
