For the Ground Beef:

- 1 teaspoon 7 Spice
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Cabbage:
- ½ head green cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet: Over medium heat, sauté the onions until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef: Break apart the beef in the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Mix in cumin, 7 Spice, sumac, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Incorporate the cabbage: Add chopped cabbage, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Finish and serve: Off heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve as-is or with rice, pita, and yogurt sauce.
