Oatmeal Apple Cake:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Making the Cake Batter: Add all ingredients into a bowl or blender and process until smooth. Add more oats at the end.
- Decorating and Baking: Top the cake with oats or apple slices. Spread the batter in a baking pan and bake at 180C / 350F for 20-30 minutes. Let the cake cool before slicing.
- Storage: Store slices in an airtight container in the fridge.
