Instructions
- Prepare the Date Filling: If dates are firm, soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain and add dates, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a food processor. Blend until a gooey filling forms. Fold in crushed pretzels.
- Assemble the Bars: Place whole pretzels on a tray and top each with a spoonful of filling. Shape into bars and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the Chocolate: Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt using the double boiler method or microwave.
- Coat the Bars: Dip each bar in melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place on parchment paper, pretzel side down. Optional: drizzle extra chocolate on top.
