Mac & Cheese:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated mozzarella
- ½ cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Cook marinated chicken in a skillet for 10-15 minutes. Add butter, honey, and parsley. Set aside.
