Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Ramekin: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lightly coat the inside of an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Layer your chosen mix-ins at the bottom of the ramekin, beginning with the shredded cheese and crispy bacon. You can also add other veggies or proteins as desired.
  3. Whisk Egg Mixture: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully combined. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour Egg Mixture: Carefully pour the egg and milk mixture into the ramekin over the cheese and bacon layers. Sprinkle the diced bell pepper on top for a fresh, colorful finish.
  5. Cook in Air Fryer: Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. If the top starts to brown too quickly, loosely cover the ramekin with a small piece of foil.   6. Cook in Oven: Place the ramekin on a small baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Cook in Microwave: Place the ramekin in the center of the microwave and cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Check for doneness and continue cooking as needed until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
