- Add Regular M&Ms: Fold in 1 cup of regular-sized M&M candies gently to disperse their fun colors and chocolate flavor throughout the treat mixture.
- Press into Pan: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Using a piece of greased wax paper, press the mixture lightly and evenly into the pan, forming a compact layer.
- Melt Chocolate Chips: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the ½ cup of milk chocolate chips by heating in short 15-second bursts, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Evenly drizzle the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispies mixture and spread it gently to create an even chocolate layer on top.
- Add Mini M&Ms Topping: Sprinkle 1 cup of mini M&M candies over the melted chocolate and press them lightly into the surface to ensure they stick well.
