Ingredients

Frozen Mixed Berries:

30-32 oz

Cornstarch:

1 tablespoon

Sugar Cookie Mix:

1 pouch (17.5 oz)

Butter:

1/2 cup (1 stick, melted)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the berries: Dump the frozen berries into the baking pan. Sprinkle the cornstarch over top and stir to combine.
  3. Make the topping: In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sugar cookie mix (dry, unprepared) and the melted butter until combined. Spoon the mixture over top the frozen berries in the pan.
  4. Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  5. Serve: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream!
