- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until fully combined.
- Press the Crust: Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to set.
- Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until fluffy. Whip the heavy cream separately and fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Assemble: Pour the filling over the chilled crust, spread evenly, and top with chocolate chips if desired.
- Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Serve: Lift the bars out of the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
