- 3 tbsp (45ml) milk
- 6 tbsp (84g) salted butter
- 11 oz bag Kraft caramels*, wrappers removed
- 4–5 cups (288g-360g) shredded sweetened coconut
- 4 oz melting chocolate, such as almond bark
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Melt Caramel Mixture: Add the milk, butter, and caramels to a large pot over medium heat. Stir often until melted.
- Combine with Coconut: Once smooth, stir in coconut until well coated. Adjust coconut amount for desired consistency.
- Form Macaroons: Spoon mixture onto parchment paper and let cool.
- Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate, dip macaroon bottoms, then drizzle and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve: Allow to fully firm up before enjoying!
