  • 4 oz melting chocolate, such as almond bark
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt Caramel Mixture: Add the milk, butter, and caramels to a large pot over medium heat. Stir often until melted.
  2. Combine with Coconut: Once smooth, stir in coconut until well coated. Adjust coconut amount for desired consistency.
  3. Form Macaroons: Spoon mixture onto parchment paper and let cool.
