Noodles:
- 8 oz soba noodles

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Vegetables:
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
Garnish:

- Green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot or wok, sauté the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot until slightly tender.
- Combine: Add the cooked noodles and teriyaki sauce to the pot with the vegetables. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
