- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Mix Seasonings: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme; rub this mixture over each chicken thigh.
- Coat Thighs: Coat each thigh in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Arrange Thighs: Arrange the thighs skin-side up in the baking dish, ensuring they are spaced out.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
