  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 10 slices brioche bread (or your favorite bread)
  • Maple syrup, butter, and powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Griddle: Preheat an electric griddle and set it aside.
  2. Mix Egg Mixture: In a 9×13 pan or large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Prepare Griddle: Butter the preheated griddle.
  4. Cook French Toast: Dip both sides of each bread slice into the egg mixture, then transfer to the griddle. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
