  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut Tortillas: Cut 3-4 rounds out of each tortilla shell with a cookie cutter (4-4.5 inches) to make about 20 shells.
  3. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Coating: Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon on a plate. Pierce the tortillas with a fork 4-5 times to prevent air bubbles.
