Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Whole Milk Foam

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons 100% maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add cold brew coffee to a large glass with ice.
  2. In a glass measuring cup, combine the milk, maple syrup, and salt. Use a milk frother in an up-down motion to mix and create foam. Once the foam has doubled in size, carefully pour it over the coffee using a spoon to help push out the foam.

  4. Add the milk, maple syrup, and salt to a jar with a lid, close it tightly, and shake vigorously until everything is mixed and foam starts to appear. Pour this mixture over the coffee.
