Graham Cracker Crust:
- 7 whole graham crackers, finely crushed (approximately 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Toppings:
- 2 1.55 oz milk chocolate candy bars, divided into rectangles
- 12 large marshmallows, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl. Press mixture into a greased 24-cup mini muffin pan to form shallow cups.
- Bake the crust: Bake for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Prepare the toppings: Break the chocolate bars into rectangles and cut the marshmallows in half.
- Assemble the bites: Place a chocolate rectangle and a marshmallow half into each graham cracker cup.
- Bake: Bake for an additional 2-4 minutes until marshmallows are slightly softened.
- Broil (optional): For a golden top, broil the s’mores bites for 1-2 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Cool the bites on a rack for 15 minutes before carefully removing them from the pan.
