- 1/2 tbsp toasted black sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 2 green scallions (thinly sliced)
Spicy Mayonnaise:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- Cauliflower Rice: Steam cauliflower rice until tender. Drizzle with rice vinegar and mix well. Divide into meal prep containers.
- Spicy Tuna: Mix spicy mayonnaise ingredients. Coat tuna in the mixture. Add tuna to containers.
- Assembly: Add cucumbers to each container. Garnish rice and cucumbers with sesame seeds. Top tuna with scallions. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
