  • 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 2 green scallions (thinly sliced)

Spicy Mayonnaise:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cauliflower Rice: Steam cauliflower rice until tender. Drizzle with rice vinegar and mix well. Divide into meal prep containers.
  2. Spicy Tuna: Mix spicy mayonnaise ingredients. Coat tuna in the mixture. Add tuna to containers.
