Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan or a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and flavorings: Beat in eggs one at a time. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Prepare dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
