  • 2 bags broccoli florets, around 6-8 cups

For the Honey Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prep the Broccoli: Cut the broccoli into small florets and place in a large bowl.
  3. Make the Honey Glaze: In a pot, warm the olive oil, then add garlic, red pepper flakes, and honey. Mix well.
  4. Coat the Broccoli: Toss the broccoli in the honey glaze until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the Broccoli: Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with foil and bake for 18 minutes. Remove foil and roast for another 10 minutes.
