Frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest (from 1 lemon, optional)
  • 33 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Prepare Milk Mixture: Combine 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice with milk to make 1 ½ cups. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Bananas: Mix mashed bananas with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
