- Melt Blue Candy: In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the dark blue candy melts together with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of refined coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring consistently until smooth and fully melted, about 1 minute total.
- Prepare Blue Candy Piping Bag: Transfer the melted blue candy into a small zip-top plastic bag and carefully cut a very small hole in one corner to create a piping bag for drizzling.
- Dip Strawberries: One by one, grasp each strawberry by its leafy top and dip it into the melted white chocolate, ensuring to leave approximately a 1/4 inch of the red strawberry top visible and uncovered.
