Frosting Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Danish Creamery European Style Unsalted Butter (softened at room temperature)
- 1 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream (adjust as needed)
Instructions
- Cream Butter and Sweetener: Using a hand mixer, cream the softened Danish Creamery butter and Besti powdered monk fruit allulose blend together for 2-3 minutes. Start mixing at low speed and then increase the speed once the sweetener is incorporated. Continue mixing until the mixture is light yellow and fluffy.
- Add Cream, Vanilla, and Salt: Beat in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt at low speed to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Beat to Desired Consistency: Increase the mixer speed to high and beat the frosting for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches a smooth, creamy, and spreadable consistency.
- Adjust Consistency if Needed: If the frosting is too thick, add more heavy cream one teaspoon at a time, beating after each addition, until the desired consistency is achieved.
Notes
- This frosting is best used immediately but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week; bring to room temperature and re-whip before using.
- Adjust the heavy cream amount as needed for spreading or piping consistency.
