- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Prepare Corn: If using fresh corn, steam, boil, or grill the kernels until tender. If using frozen corn, rinse thoroughly and drain.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped red onion, cooked corn, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, and thinly sliced fresh basil.
- Add Dressing: Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lime juice over the salad.
- Season: Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, then toss once more to distribute seasonings.
