- Step 10: Remove from oven and top the Buffalo Chicken Dip with blue cheese crumbles and chives, the Spinach-Artichoke Dip with parsley, and the Pizza Dip with torn fresh basil. Sprinkle the reserved crumbled bacon over the Jalapeño Popper Dip.
- Step 11: Serve warm, allowing guests to dip into each flavorful quadrant along with the buttery biscuits.
Tips & Variations
- For extra spice, leave some jalapeño seeds in the Jalapeño Popper Dip or add a pinch of cayenne to the Buffalo Chicken Dip.
- Use freshly shredded cheese instead of pre-shredded for better melting and flavor.
- Substitute cooked shredded turkey for chicken if preferred.
- You can prepare the dip bases a day ahead and assemble just before baking for convenience.
Storage
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 325°F until warmed through or microwave in short intervals, stirring occasionally, to avoid overheating the cheese.

Instructions
- Prepare Oven and Baking Sheet: Arrange a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Shape Biscuit Base: Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and pinch the edges together to form small balls. Arrange these biscuit balls around the edges of the prepared baking sheet and then place them lengthwise and crosswise lines down the center, creating four quadrants on the sheet.
- Butter and Season Biscuits: Brush the biscuit balls generously with melted butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic powder evenly over all the biscuits.
- Make Cream Cheese and Mozzarella Base: In a large bowl, use a handheld mixer on medium speed to beat the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella together until smooth and well-combined. This base will be used for all four dips.
- Prepare Buffalo Chicken Dip: Stir shredded cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese into one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture. Place this mixture into one of the baking sheet quadrants.
- Prepare Spinach-Artichoke Dip: In another bowl, combine spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, shredded Gruyère, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes, and a quarter of the mozzarella. Fold this mixture into another quarter of the cream cheese base and place into the second quadrant.
- Prepare Pizza Dip: Mix ricotta, pizza sauce, mini pepperoni slices, shredded mozzarella, finely grated Parmesan, and half teaspoon of Italian seasoning with another quarter of the cream cheese base. Spread this into the third quadrant on the baking sheet.
- Prepare Jalapeño Popper Dip & Assembly: To the remaining cream cheese base quarter, add most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), finely chopped jalapeños, sour cream, Monterey Jack, and remaining cheddar. Stir well and place into the last quadrant. Top this dip with the reserved cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Bake the entire baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and all the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
- Add Final Toppings: Once baked, top the buffalo chicken dip with blue cheese crumbles and finely sliced chives. Garnish the spinach-artichoke dip with fresh chopped parsley. Top the pizza dip with torn fresh basil. Sprinkle remaining crumbled bacon over the jalapeño popper dip for extra flavor and crunch.

- Be sure to thoroughly squeeze out water from thawed spinach for best dip texture.
- Adjust buffalo sauce and jalapeño quantities for desired spice level.
- Use fresh garlic for more intense flavor in the spinach-artichoke dip.
